For many years, the Colorado Dulcimer Festival was held at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Fort Collins, CO. However, in 2014, it was clear that with increased attendance and ever-expanding workshop offerings, we had outgrown that venue. We also wanted to make the Festival more easily accessible to attendees around the state and the country.
So, beginning with Festival 2015, the Colorado Dulcimer Festival had a new home:
Saint James Presbyterian Church
3601 West Belleview Avenue
Littleton, CO 80123
Note: This is the location for the event only. For correspondence leading up to the event, please use our U.S. mail mailing address.
The church provides a comfortable and cozy environment for the Festival, including a lovely sanctuary for our group gatherings and concerts, a spacious lobby for Jam Sessions and merchandise sales, and various sized rooms for workshops. Your sign-in packet will include a map of the church interior so you can easily find your workshop rooms.
Located in Littleton, CO (a suburb considered part of the Denver Metro area), Saint James Church is close to hotels, restaurants, and conveniences. But, best of all, with its more central location within the state, as well as easy access from the airport and major highways, the Festival is now easily accessible to attendees throughout the state and the country, and to our friends coming from New Mexico.
Our deep gratitude to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Fort Collins for hosting us so graciously for so many years.
